RETURNS
All of the items listed on BLuxe are “Final Sale”. However if there is a flaw or damage that was not listed in the ad the client may be eligible to a full or partial refund depending on the severity of the non disclosed flaw/damage.
If the item is shipped and the buyer does not pick it up in the 5-10 day time frame given by Canada Post it will get shipped back to BLuxe. If they are not willing to pay shipping again I will have no choice but to issue a refund. The Refund will be less a $100 (per item) restocking fee and 4% website fee. It will be issued only to the original method of payment.
SHIPPING
BLuxe ships within Canada and United States. All Items are shipped via Canada Post expedited with signature. BLuxe is not responsible for lost or stolen package unless insurance is included. Insured package rates are based by package value. The Buyer is responsible for shipping/custom fees. The Buyer has the option to pay for insurance additionally. Please email for custom rates. BLuxe takes full responsibility for payment, shipping and charge-backs.
BLuxe offers local pick ups on pre paid Items over $2000 CAD. Item just be prepaid prior to meet ups, no exceptions. Local Pick ups are downtown Calgary and monthly downtown Edmonton. Buyer can select local Pick up at check out and will be contacted via email once they complete the transaction.
